Almost 93 & 1

I wish my other grandparents were also alive to love her.

"Resolve to be tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, & tolerant with the weak & the wrong. Sometime in your life you will have been all of these." - Dr. Robert H. Goddard

Good quote

"Forgiveness is not about forgetting. It is about letting go of another person's throat...Forgiveness does not create a relationship. Unless people speak the truth about what they have done and change their mind and behavior, a relationship of trust is not possible. When you forgive someone you certainly release them from judgment, but without true change, no real relationship can be established.....Forgiveness in no way requires that you trust the one you forgive. But should they finally confess and repent, you will discover a miracle in your own heart that allows you to reach out and begin to build between you a bridge of reconciliation....Forgiveness does not excuse anything...You may have to declare your forgiveness a hundred times the first day and the second day, but the third day will be less and each day after, until one day you will realize that you have forgiven completely..." - William P. Young (The Shack)

NP was not concerned over Lew's lack of rolling/crawling. She is surprised how "froggy" her legs are when she's on her stomach. I told her she also sleeps with her legs out like a frog rather than straight down. She recommended more tummy time and showing her how to pull her legs in and how to support herself on her knees. She can practically do a split, future gymnast?

Lookie here! My first tooth!

Like all my dimples? You should see the ones on the other end :)

Go Buckeyes!

Lots of firsts this month. "So big" as seen above, hand claps & high fives (given ever so gingerly)

Mommy tried to teach me the fundamentals of the game but all I want to do is hang on the rim.

I am fascinated with dogs and terrified of black cats!

Mommy bought this guy on my right for $2.00 at a garage sale. I really don't know what to make of all his giggling and seizing.

Ridiculous, mom.

If you prop me up on my Leap Frog table, I can stand for about 5-10 seconds on my own. I have rolled once from my back to my belly and we know I can roll from my tummy to my back I just choose not to. I have scooted backwards a little while watching Baby Einstein, speaking of which, I can't get enough of those shows!! Those puppets make me laugh! Lots of babbling, giggling, and attention seeking stuff this month. I gave strawberries from Nana and Papaw's garden a try and loved them. I also like watermelon. I'm drinking 3 bottles a day, 2-3 meals and right after my 8 month post Mommy completely stopped the night feeding and I adjusted just fine. Mommy also switched me to formula so she could get on something for her pain and I transitioned well. Overall, I am a happy & content little girl. I go to the doctor next week so I'll share my stats with you then. Bye!
